It’s \nvery easy for a child to ingest a foreign body. The symptoms are sometimes \nasymptomatic and the body is easily excreted. Other times it may cause \ndysphagia, anorexia, anxious state, regurgitation, coughing, choking, \nhemorrhage. <\/p>

In case of complications, possible signs of shock may appear, and in this case it is necessary to ensure patency of the airway. Foreign bodies that are not expelled without difficulty can be removed by urgent endoscopy or if not urgent, removal can be waited for up to 7-10 days. <\/p>
