20 \u4e16\u7eaa 70 \u5e74\u4ee3\u672b\u7684\u9a6c\u8428\u8bf8\u585e\u5927\u5b66\uff0c\u6e90\u81ea<strong>\u4e54\u6069-\u5361\u5df4-\u6d25\u6069<\/strong>\uff08<strong>Jon Kabat-Zinn<\/strong>\uff09\u7684\u601d\u60f3\u548c\u7ecf\u9a8c\u3002\u5361\u5df4\u7279-\u6d25\u6069\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u8eab\u5fc3\u8bad\u7ec3\u65b9\u6cd5\u7acb\u5373\u88ab\u8bc1\u660e\u5bf9\u6162\u6027\u75bc\u75db\u3001\u7126\u8651\u3001\u6291\u90c1\u3001\u5fc3\u7406\u75be\u75c5\u751a\u81f3\u996e\u98df\u5931\u8c03\u90fd\u6709\u6548\u3002MBSR \u8ba1\u5212\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e3a\u671f 8 \u5468\u7684\u8bad\u7ec3\u5468\u671f\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u542b\u5404\u79cd\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u548c\u5b9e\u73b0\u5bf9\u81ea\u5df1\u8eab\u5fc3\u7684\u5168\u9762\u89c9\u5bdf\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u83b7\u5f97\u8eab\u5fc3\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5404\u79cd\u6d3b\u52a8\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7684\u53c2\u4e0e\u6027\u548c\u652f\u6301\u6027\uff0c\u5728\u9886\u5bfc\u8005\u7684\u6307\u5bfc\u4e0b\u6709\u6761\u4e0d\u7d0a\u5730\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e9b\u6d3b\u52a8\u662f\u5206\u7ec4\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\uff0c\u5e76\u6709\u4e13\u95e8\u7684\u4ea4\u6d41\u7ec3\u4e60\u3002I &#8220;<strong><em>\u6b63\u5ff5\u5de5\u5177<\/em><\/strong>\u6b63\u5ff5\u5de5\u5177 &#8220;\u662f\u5bf9\u4f4f\u5bbf\u57f9\u8bad\u65e5\u7684\u79f0\u547c\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u57f9\u8bad\u65e5\u4f7f\u5b66\u5458\u80fd\u591f\u63a5\u8fd1 MBSR \u65b9\u6cd5\u7684\u5b9e\u8df5\uff0c\u5176\u5185\u5bb9\u4e30\u5bcc\u591a\u6837\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\u5173\u4e8e\u51a5\u60f3\u7684\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u6700\u521d\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u5173\u6ce8\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u547c\u5438\u548c\u6765\u81ea\u8eab\u5fc3\u5404\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u611f\u89c9\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u6709\u5173\u4e8e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5de5\u5177 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.educareyou.com\/mindfulness-e-yoga-un-esercizio-per-il-benessere\/\"><strong>\u745c\u4f3d<\/strong><\/a>\u7ec3\u4e60\u3001\u6b65\u884c\u7ec3\u4e60\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u662f\u65e8\u5728\u63d0\u9ad8\u996e\u98df\u610f\u8bc6\u7684\u7ec3\u4e60\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u5728\u95e8\u6237\u7f51\u7ad9\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u6587\u7ae0\u4e2d\u9010\u4e00\u8be6\u7ec6\u4ecb\u7ecd\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u51a5\u60f3\u7ec3\u4e60<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u51a5\u60f3<\/strong>\u7ec3\u4e60\u5e94\u6301\u7eed\u7ea6 20-30
