Ha svolto stage di formazione all'estero presso Il Mount Sinai Hospital di New York. Dal 2002 lavora presso l'IRCS Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza di San Giovanni Rotondo do è responsabile della Unità dipartimentale di Oncologia della Testa e del Collo.
