Il Dr. Marco Tesini nasce a Ferrara e si laurea nel 1982 presso la facoltà di Medicina e Chirurgia dell'Università ''Alma Mater Studiorum'' di Bologna conseguendo, poco dopo, l'abilitazione all'esercizio della professione. Decide in seguito di specializzarsi in Scienza dell'Alimentazione, concludendone brillantemente il percorso nel 1987 presso l'Università degli Studi di Modena. Il Dr. Tesini attualmente sii occupa di dietologia applicata agli eccessi e difetti ponderali e di nutrizione specifica per patologie endocrinologiche e metaboliche, oltre che di patologie da intolleranza alimentare.
