Mi sono laureato a Napoli nel 1983 e ho frequentato già come studente il reparto di Fisiopatologia della Riproduzione Umana al II Policlinico (attuale Federico II). Durante gli anni di Specializzazione in Ostetricia e Ginecologia (che ho concluso nel 1987), ho contribuito alla creazione del Centro di Infertilità di Coppia della Federico II ed sono stato responsabile del laboratorio di seminologia.
