Il Dr. Francesco Valitutti ha conseguito la Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia nel 2010 presso la “Sapienza” Università di Roma con votazione di 110/110 e lode. Presso il medesimo ateneo ha poi conseguito la Specializzazione in Pediatria con votazione di 70/70 e lode e il Dottorato di Ricerca in Scienze Pediatriche; è stato inoltre assegnista di ricerca nel 2019.
