Summer is coming, and experts predict it will be hot, as has been the norm in recent years, especially but not only in urban centers. Soon, the Ministry of Health will disseminate the usual recommendations to avoid possible discomfort due to high temperatures, excessive sunlight and steam bath humidity, typical of many parts of Italy. Advice aimed especially at the elderly and frail, but useful for everyone, although not always easy to follow for those who work and lead active lives.
