Mi sono laureta in "Biologia Molecolare, Sanitaria e della Nutrizione" presso l'Universita' Carlo Bo di Urbino ed in seguito specializzata nella stessa in "Scienza della Nutrizione Umana". Durante questi anni ho imparato a conoscere l'organismo umano e le sue necessita' fisiologiche, organiche e nutritive. L'interesse per l'Enogastronomia mi ha portato a frequentare il Master di I Livello in "Enologia e Marketing del vino" presso l'Universita' Sacro Cuore di Piacenza.
