Sometimes a head injury can create a temporary loss of memory and not remember things just done throughout the day.
Once you make sure you have had no consequences from the injury, you will need to rest, follow your doctor’s advice, possibly undergoing a short rehabilitation.
But if, on the other hand, you have discomfort such as nausea or headaches, it will be better to go to a hospital center.
It is not the same for head trauma from particular sports, such as boxing, which can in the long run cause memory loss and even carry a high risk of dementia.
