In summer, acne fears two elements: strong heat and humidity.
Hot weather can mean oily skin, blackheads, and pimples that “break out.” Many factors are responsible that can lead to a worsening: heat, ‘ humidity, sweating, oils, but also some not advisable behaviors, such as listening to clichés that ascribe to sun and sea.
Skin care must take into account some basic elements to avoid annoying reactions of pimples during summertime. Oil glands can go into overwork due to heat and humidity.
What to do? For example, clean your face with a cleanser two or more times a day according to the level of skin grease and sweat. And, again, keeping an eye on the state of cleanliness of the facial skin, lest too many washes might damage the protective barrier of the face, leaving room for skin irritation and dryness, and consequently pimple breakouts.
So theexposure to the sun should be gradual and not immediate giving time for the body to reach a good melanin level, and for a short time to prevent the sun from causing cellular inflammation of pimples, since in long exposures both ultraviolet and infrared rays can be harmful to the skin.
