The book “The Little Prince” is widely studied. It is the story of the adult man who rediscovers his inner child and begins to consider again the possibility of growing, rejoicing, being creative and fantasizing. Alessandro Chelo and Mathias Jung argue in their books that change and renewal require dreaming, looking to the future with the eyes and heart of a child. Change is also sacrifice, but it is a real opportunity.
Stephen R. Covey in “The Seven Pillars of Success” teaches how to have courage, how to deal with life, changes and projects. The book describes the main cornerstones that can be leveraged to face life’s difficulties with tenacity and well-thought-out strategies. Of course, any change leads to deep reflection and good introspection skills.
The Dalai Lama also calls for discovering peace of mind, which is important for sustaining work rhythms and limiting the consequences of stress. Instead, according to Milan Kundera, it is necessary to slow down the pace of one’s life, valuing the things that one considers most right.
