We often wonder how it is possible to preserve and Increase their motivation in a work environment that tends to be demotivating, how to maintain trust in a company that adopts unfair and unjust motivational drives.
There are no one-size-fits-all answers or solutions, but each individual must come to terms with his or her own motivations and aspirations. These have variable characteristics related to each individual’s personality and find concreteness in the environmental and temporal context, in which certain events come about. A good knowledge of oneself, one’s motivations and personality has value as a protective factor toward psychology and in the individual’s human and professional growth.
